 John is the Owner / CEO of JLC Industries. Previously, John was the Dean of Education for the Home Performance Institute of New England and Owner of JLC Green Technologies. John is called upon by companies to mentor and train their employees; be it office or field training on protocol and work performance as startups for vocational schools from planning and implementing learning procedures to generating approved curriculum. These learning institutions have become successful places of higher learning as a result of Mr. Mitchell's plans of actions. John consults with both utility companies and private companies on developing and implementing protocols in The Home Performance Industry in order to raise the bar on qualified personnel as well as procedures. He currently serves on the Board for HPACT, where he chairs the Training and Education Committee and participates on the Technical Committee . Mr. Mitchell also participates on The CT Workforce Consortium. John contributes his knowledge and works in conjunction with OSHA and the Round Table Group for bettering worker safety and raising their awareness. Mr. Mitchell has educated and given seminars at Learning Institutions such as Berkley, The University of Illinois, The University of Maryland and countless Community Colleges and Vocational Trade Schools across the United States. John has been seen on Extreme Home Makeover and was interviewed on CNN for his Expertise in this industry. Mr. Mitchell is a Veteran of the United States Army. Health, Safety and bringing his students to The Next Level of Knowledge are John's first priority with emphasis on improving the quality of training for his students.
